Additional Photos from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Made Public by Democratic US Congress Members

Development blueprints for the financier's private tropical island featured within the released materials.

Additionally included in this recent document release seems to be a property layout for the Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.

Jeffrey Epstein purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

The released images indicate he had formulated ambitious plans to build upon the 161-acre island by erecting homes, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.

Marked on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the region, marked on the south-eastern section.

The architectural drawing is marked up in red pen markings and contains a notes section labelling various sections of the land.

Alongside this are what seem to be several other property layouts and architectural plans, such as designs for marina coverings.

More documentation disclosed as part of the continuing investigative disclosure.
